Terrible experience

Ordered this product twice, never came in time for a Xmas present so got refunded, never came AGAIN when ordered again in January for a birthday present. Have emailed 2-3 times now chasing the order and had to demand yet ANOTHER refund as emails not responded to

I ordered this kit for a girls night in, the cocktails tasted unreal and was so easy to make with everything needed in the box with clear instructions!
