What better way to spoil someone (or yourself) on their (or your) special day, than with this boozy, birthday beverage!
We tried and tested lots of variations of this recipe to get it just right. It has the classic taste of vanilla frosting that we all know and love from a birthday cake, plus the delicious flavour of marzipan from the Disoronno. All topped off with colourful birthday sprinkles and whipped cream.

Birthday Cake Martini
Makes 2:
- 50ml whipped cream vodka
- 50ml Disaronno
- 35ml birthday cake syrup
- 150ml full fat milk (or vegan alternative)
- Ice
- Sprinkles
Rim your classes with honey and then dip into your sprinkles before chilling your glasses in the fridge.
Combine the vodka, disaronno, milk and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well until the shaker is ice cold.
Strain into your martini glasses and enjoy - preferably with more birthday cake ;)
