Mint Chocolate Espresso Martini

We know you didn't need any more reason to love an Espresso Martini. It is the ultimate cocktail on any night out, tastes delicious and packs a punch! But with Christmas creeping around the corner, we love taking the opportunity to turn classic faves, festive!
Spoilt with Christmas flavours
There aren't many Christmas flavours we don't like in cocktails - except maybe brussle sprouts, blugh! So it wasn't easy to decide which to use in our limited edition festive home cocktail kit. Chocolate orange - yum! Gingerbread - yes please! Baileys, eggnog, peppermint, the list goes on. But we really did nail it with this Mint Chocolate (After Eight) Espresso Martini!

Recipe (makes 2 cocktails):
- 75ml vodka
- 100ml coffee liqueur - we used Kahlua
- 100ml mint chocolate syrup
- 200ml espresso coffee
- Coffee beans
- Mint chocolates
Chill your martini glasses. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, mint choc syrup and coffee to a shaker and shake hard without ice. Then add ice and shake again. Pour into your chilled glasses, shaking out all the foam. Top with coffee beans and garnish with mint chocolates.
