With summer around the corner, we've been having fun re-creating some of our favourite cocktails into frozen slushy versions.
Everyone loves a cheeky vimto right? It takes us right back to our younger days, ordering a pitcher of it at the type of bar where your feet stick to the floor!
Well we have upgraded it. This frozen cocktail is perfect for hot summer days and is so easy to make. It would be a real crowd please at your next BBQ. Try it and let us know what you think.
Booze Slushy Vimto:
- 100ml Smirnoff vodka
- 100ml Vimto
- Frozen blackforest fruits
- Generous Glug of blue WKD
- Juice of half a lemon - this cuts through the sweetness and makes the perfect balance or sweet and sharp
- Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz to get a thick slushy consistency.
Decorate with fizzy vimto sweets.
