Cherry Blossom Martini: Springtime Cocktails with the Girls

Cherry Blossom Martini: Springtime Cocktails with the Girls

With pubs closed, events cancelled, bottomless brunches off the cards, people have been lots of putting effort into making things as special as possible at home.

We've literally used any excuse possible to be extra AF at every occasion - Valentine's Day, Pancake day, the dog's birthday, you name it, we've gone all out for it. I suppose it's to make up for the fact that life has been pretty dull 99% of the time for the past year.

Easter this year was of course no exception. Easter has to be one of the best times of year to make cocktails. Chocolate + booze = heaven.

We made countless chocolate cocktails, so for our Easter shin dig this year, we decided to do something a little different.

We wanted a sweet vodka cocktail that was perfect for our girly brunch. It would also be a great cocktail served at a hen do or an elegant wedding. To top it off is was super easy to make too!

Cherry Blossom Martini

🌸 50ml Absolut vodka
🌸 25ml Monin rose syrup
🌸 10ml Monin vanilla syrup
🌸 1Tbs cherry jam
🌸 Juice of half a lemon
🌸 Prosecco

Shake all the ingredients except Prosecco in a shaker with ice. Pour into a chilled martini glass and top with Prosecco and garnish with blossom.

This is the perfect springtime cocktail and will be a crowd please at all your garden gatherings this year.
