Take the sweet, nostalgic taste of bubblegum, mix it with sharp flavours of lemon and lime, chuck in some booze and top with fizz ... The outcome is quite magical.
We wanted to create a cocktail that was fun and fabulous. Something perfect for a girls night in. When we spotted that Monin did a bubblegum syrup, it was a no brainer to include this.
Add candy floss for some extra fun!
After trying and testing various versions of the recipe to find the right balance of sweet and sour, the Bubblegum Spritz was born.
When setting up SHOOK Cocktails, we knew straight away this was going to be one of our first products. Not only does it look amazing, it tastes incredible.

Recipe for 2 servings:
- 75ml Bubblegum Syrup
- 75ml Vodka
- Half a lemon
- Half a lime
- 1 egg white
- Prosecco
- Bubblegum sweets
- popping candy
Combine the syrup, vodka, lemon, lime and egg white in a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice first. Then add ice and shake again.
Pour Into martini glasses, top with Prosecco and decorate with sweets and popping candy.
